1. Requesting organizations must be
 - Public Schools grades 6-12, churches and 501c3 youth-devoted nonprofit organizations
 - (Note: For charter, private, tuition-based, grant-funded schools the SUCCESS Foundation provides a very special 50 SUCCESS for Teens books for $50. Order at http://www.successfoundation.org/purchase_book.php)
 - Comitted to full implementation and interaction with the youth. On the Request Form page in the box .Facilitation Method: (How will SUCCESS for Teens be used with your organization?).* briefly, specifically state
  i. How students will be identified to participate . focus on core, manageable, measureable groups of 5-50. Larger no cost quantities are subject to decline and referred to purchase
  ii. When and how the material will be taught
  iii. Who will be in charge of the program
  iv. How they plan to measure results

2. Requests to include in event bags or as gifts must be placed as orders.

3. Requests must be made a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the program date.

4. Requestor must specify the necessary quantity of books and CD's (the CD audio is the 70 minute abbreviated version of the book. It is not automatically included, nor necessary as it is a free MP3 download available on the website. Using the download feature is appreciated).

5. One Facilitator's Guide is included in each case of 50 books. If additional Facilitator's Guides are needed, please download at no cost.

6. Request approval and shipping cycle:
 - Requests received by Sunday of a week are reviewed on Monday and cycle through the warehouse shipping Wednesday through Friday.
 - The requesting organization must provide an email. That email is notified of request processing and shipment.
 - Shipments are at no additional cost to the requestor within Continental US and are sent through "best rate" shipping method. This may be USPS, FedEx or independent trucking firm.

7. U.S. requests are shipped at no additional cost. International shipments incur an additional shipping fee and customs as applicable. To receive an international shipping quote, email support@SUCCESSFoundation.org and include the following information:
 - Organization name; URL/web address; quantity of materials needed and complete shipping address. The cost will be determined and you will be notified via email.
